• Pinctada may update these Terms of Service as required. Continued use of our accommodation, facilities, services or website indicates acceptance of the Terms as amended.

If you wish to disclose any confidential or personal information without email, please contact our manager and we can arrange a phone call, please note that we will require this information to be placed into our system for a booking to be processed.

Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organisations who advertise our services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.

GOVERNING LAW

The Law of Western Australia governs your use and occupation of the property during this reservation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Western Australia.
